A quick note for Terms & Conditions of Equipment Hire.

All equipment hire is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Equipment Hire. All prices are GST inclusive. If equipment is returned dirty there will be a cleaning fee applied. Please read Terms & Conditions for info on breakages and damage to equipment.

Terms & Conditions for Equipment Hire

  1. Acceptance of our Trading Terms & Conditions is required for all hire equipment.
  2. 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking; this excludes customers who hold an account with Country Feasts.
  3. All prices include GST.
  4. All equipment not returned to Country Feasts including breakages will be charged at replacement costs.
  5. Damage to any equipment excluding fair wear and tear will be charged to the individual/company hiring the equipment.
  6. All overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and collection costs.
  7. If you are not picking up delivery charges may apply. please enquire when making your booking.
  8. Notification of a cancellation is required 7 days prior to pickup/delivery.
  9. Cancellation within 7 days of hire forfeits all right to a deposit refund unless used for a rebooking.
